My least favorite of the DLC weapons. It's as if the sniper rifle and the pistol had some kind of mutant baby. It has a lot of ammo, a scope, and fires quickly, but does very little damage, and requires frequent calls to the black market to refill the ammo. This rifle is pretty good. One of the few dlcs that is actually "okay" 5\/10. One of the worst guns in video game history. Does WAY less damage than the normal sniper rifle, has atrocious firing speeds, costs WAY too much money on the Black Market, and you can't even zoom in with the scope. Don't waste your money on this stain on an otherwise fantastic game.. Can't even zoom it with it, not to mention it's expensive and not automatic.. I made the mistake of buying this, but to be fair I got it while it's on sale. It's no better than just a regular assault rifle or a sniper rifle that has been maxed out. Stupid idea to sell paid DLC weapons that wont last long. JC2's DLC vehicles were fine, but DLC weapons? Seriously? I like the people behind the making of the game but this is just bad.. This little monster can be pretty effective at times and is fun to use.While the the sounds of the Bull's Eye Sniper Rifle don't satisfy me, It is still really quite fun to use.Over all: The price is a little over the top for one Sniper Rifle but is still pretty damn fun to use and Activision would charge more for it.Rating: 6.8\/10. Non-essential weapon DLC. Bull's Eye Assault Rifle is a weird hyprid of assault rifle and sniper rifle. It's powerful and effective but has the same drawbacks as other DLC weapons were you have to call the black market to restock ammunition once you run out. You're not missing much if you don't buy this but it's an okay weapon. I'd rather give this a mixed review but this is Steam. If you're going to pick it up get it on sale or in the Just Cause Collection.
